Qigong (shibashi)

Qigong is an ancient healing art that unifies mind movement and breath. For thousands of years the Chinese have used qigong as a system to maintain good health and prevent disease. Shibashi is one of the most popular styles of qigong with 10 million people practicing world wide. It is a series of 18 flowing movements which is effective and easy to learn.
